Ron Headley

My Story

Ron has been promoted from Senior Director of Operations (Canada) to Vice President of Asset Management AALI and will be reporting to Scott Grieg.

Ron joined Avmax in January 2020 as the Director of Maintenance for the MRO (YYC) and was promoted shortly after to the role of Senior Director of Operations and PRM. Since joining Avmax, he has been instrumental in creating stability and growth for our Canadian MRO operations.

Ron brings over 30 years of aviation experience in airline and MRO technical operations, with over 15 years in senior leadership. He employs expertise in aerospace operations, business acumen, and team development to build and execute corporate strategies and achieve enterprise goals. He also holds an MBA from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business.
