Calgary, Alberta (January 27, 2026) — Avmax Group Inc. (“Avmax”) is proud to announce the completion of its acquisition of Condor Aircraft Accessories, a strategic partnership which strengthens Avmax's aircraft components maintenance capabilities and enhances service offerings for customers both across Canada and globally.
This integration brings together two Alberta-based aviation organizations with shared commitment to quality, safety, and technical excellence. By combining Avmax’s established aviation platform with Condor’s specialized component expertise, the partnership expands in-house component maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) capabilities across a broader range of aircraft components and platforms.
“This partnership reflects a shared belief in doing things the right way — with pride in our work, respect for our people and a long-term commitment to our customers,” said Tim McCrady, Business Development Manager at Avmax. “Together, we are strengthening our technical depth while creating more efficiency and a more integrated component support network.”
Condor Aircraft Accessories brings decades of experience in aircraft component repair and management, complementing Avmax’s established MRO, aircraft leasing and lifecycle management operations. Together, the organizations combine more than 85 years of aviation experience, united by a shared commitment to craftsmanship, safety and quality.
“This operational alignment brings together two highly experienced teams, expanding the range of components we’re able to support,” said Hassan Ghazali, Component Shop Manager at Avmax. “By combining our strengths, we’re increasing both capacity and expertise while continuing to deliver the reliability our customers expect.”
As part of the transaction, the Avmax Component Shop and Condor Aircraft Accessories will be operationally aligned using Condor’s Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) as a division of Avmax. Condor’s experience and expertise will provide significant value for both facilities in order to ensure a seamless experience for customers and partners. Day-to-day operations and points of contact will remain unchanged, with no disruption to service, while customers benefit from expanded component capabilities, Condor’s experience, and improved efficiency.
The acquisition positions Avmax to offer enhanced component support while preserving operational continuity for partners and customers. By leveraging Condor's decades of experience, the combined team strengthens long-term capacity, technical oversight and service efficiency across Avmax component operations.
