Avmax Enters into Term Sheet with Pivot Airlines for Lease of a Dash 8-315

Calgary, Alberta (December 17, 2025) — Avmax Aircraft Leasing Inc. is pleased to announce that Pivot Airlines has entered into a Term Sheet with Avmax for the lease (with a purchase option) of a De Havilland Dash 8-315 (MSN 578). The aircraft is currently in Avmax’s Calgary facility, where it is progressing through a major maintenance program and a series of customer-specific modifications ahead of its planned entry into service in late Q1 2026.
